my automatic draw offer is very similar to the automatic resign feature, except
that the search result must be DRAW for N consecutive moves (N is dynamic just
like in the resignation code).  Note that DRAW is also somewhat dynamic and
depends on your rating, crafty's rating, and how much time you have left on
your clock...
