Jim, i beg to differ with you.  Ratings do mean something.  That is why Crafty
on ICC has a rating around 2900 to 3000 and the rest are below that.  Crafty has
that rating because it is the best on ICC.  Ratings do mean something or else
ICC, USCF, OR FIDE who not have them.
