I just received and examined the package -Millenium- of Genius 6, Zarkov 5 and WChess 2000. Great. Incredible to play againts one of those engines and at the same time having the analysis of the three engines. Many features, great purchase IMHO. But then, thinking not only on it, but in the rest of the also wonderful top programs I have, I clearly see what our genuses in chess programming have failed to give us: a day of 48 hours. With 24 it is simply not enough. I must work, care a family, sleep, etc. You too. Simply there is no time to get the most of even one program, much less of all of them. And this suggest me a question for Steven to put in the poll: What have you got from your program or programs? a) just playing games in one type of time control b) playing games with several types of time control c) Playing and studying openings. c) just looking the games in the database for fun or looking for ideas. d) all that can be done with it e) just analysing my games againts humans with the engine and so and so... Probably there are others alternatives. I could bet half my monthly income that less than 10% really uses all features and even know about them. Even now half the buttons of most of my programs are a mistery to me. Fernando
