First, I don't know why you decided that "NT only increases performance by
barely 25% for each additional processor". I am working in MS SQL Server group,
and can assure you that is not the case.

And second, my guess is that you can compile Crafty for Be. But I suspect that
Crafty on NT will be faster, as it'll be compiled using superior compiler.
