Never respond to spam, even if they say that if you want to be taken off their mailing list to email them. This only proves to them that you exist and they'll keep spamming you. When I delete spam I use Shift+Delete because otherwise you'll still have a copy in you trash folder, I use Netscape so it's probably different with MS. Pete
