Subject: Portable machine

Hi! I am looking to purchase a portable machine and I am looking for details.
Currently I am rated at about 1600 and would like a machine that will give me a
good game while I sit at the park instead of at my computer. I have been
reading up on the various boards and I am not too struck by the peg type
devices. I prefer either the calculator type or the sensory chess.

Looking at the Saitek site I have found a machine called "cougar" does anyone
have any feedback on this? Also, I found that chessmaster 6000 can be played on
a gameboy, is this worth a look? Maybe a suggestion to the computer group,
would it be possible to get a list rating the current portables out there? I
have seen the files on the 486 or pentium programs, but, short a long extention
cord and a backback, I won't be taking my desktop with me any time soon :)

Really, any info, good or bad would be welcome :)

thanks

Bill
