Much to my surprise, this was in stock at Amazon.com
I ordered a copy (2nd edition) for $30.50 +SH.

They also found me a copy of Computer Chess Compendium after about 6 months in
excellent condition.

You might give them a try.

Now, if I can just get the funds together to get all the back issues of
ICCAJ.
