It all sounds like a good project.  But I'm only guessing here, and saying that
it'll only be talked about and never happen.

But maybe someone could talk to the GNU organazation and get them to dedicate
some web page space to the subject as a wat to provide some focus to the project
and also call attention to it's being done.  I'm sure everybody's been to their
web site at www.gnu.org ,  I'm guessing that they could be allot of help.

I hope people don't mind if I be the cynical person who says that this book is
never completed, I'd like to see it happen, and I'd sure buy a copy if it does
happen, but it all sounds a bit like wishfull thinking to me.
