For me it is because some of the question can not be based on my opinion, only a guess, because I have not facts to base an opinion. *Do you believe that there is any truth to the allegation that Chessbase has an improper influence over the decisions made by, or the testing done by, the SSDF?* For me to answer this question, I must know the facts in regard to this question. It may be true, or it may not be true. But without facts to base an opinion.... I could flip a coin, or vote abstention.
