1.  With Crafty you can _not_ use tablebases on a CD.  I have tuned the
probe code to the performance expected on a normal hard drive, not a CD that
is 30x (or more) slower.

2.  you have to point "tbpath=c:\where\your\tablebases\are" if you don't put
them in the ./TB directory.

3.  you need an "egtb" command (no options) in your crafty.rc file.

4.  just start crafty, in the right directory, using a DOS window.  Check for
"N piece tablebases found" at the start...  if you see N=0, then the filenames
are wrong (wrong case, missing extension,  etc.)  or there are no tablebases in
the directory where it is looking.
