You can download it from crafty's ftp site: ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/ In the same site there is a tablebase generator you can download to produce what you need. I do not have Hiarcs 7.32, but I am under the impression that it comes with a tablebase generator, too.
