I haven't had any problems with it. It seems to be just a few -- very vocal -- people who have had problems with it, and assume that everyone will have the same problems with it. Strangely, one guy who said it messed up multiple drivers said he downloaded it onto five computers or something like that, with similar results. I don't get it--why would you want to mess up the drivers of five computers? (It just occurred to me that my kids have an old 233 Pentium that probably doesn't have all new drivers I can install it into in addition to my own. I'll try it out and report.) For the most part, I don't doubt the good faith of the people who say they're having the problems, although some of the anti-Microsoft, anti-DirectX, anti-Apple talk seems somewhat outdated. It would be nice to have a true count of the people who are having problems with it compared to those who are not.
