It _will_ offer draws to anyone, computer or not... The 'password' for GM/IM players was given to them to (a) allow them to play any time control they want; (b) allow them to play unrated; (c) allow them to force it to offer a draw in drawn endings it doesn't understand are drawn. IE it will accept a draw if the score is -.2, in a 5 0 game, and you have 1 second left. It could _easily_ not accept the draw and try to flag you. I try to not aggravate the GM/IM players by behaving like that...
