Hi Werner,

I should have made this more clear - amateur programs are strongly encouraged to
enter!  I've seen a lot of interest from the members of Will's "Green List".

I think 8 rounds will be enough.  My guess is that we will get ~20 participants.
 Perhaps we need to make allowances for a playoff round if there is a tie for
first.
