Good/Day Every/one, and to whome it all may concern: I have not own a Mac all
that long. The machine that i have is a performa PPc 6200/CD running at 75Mz and
i got in 95: by today standards its obsolete. It has never been in the shop to
be repaired; it does just about everthing that the new computers can do today,
its not all that fast, but its not noticeable. And can make it speak spanish if
i want to. Most people dont know that apple doesnt advertise all that much, it
doesnt have to; the computer and the O/S speaks for it self. You get what you
pay for. Most of Apples computer cpu and mother/boards are custome made, even
the low/end ones. The Mac from the very begening had windows O/S, But it was
called the Mac O/S inwhich M/S stole the idea. Because before windows 3x it was
DOS/no wondows/ Mac O/S was windows/even thoug it not called windows
All system are prone to crash/ But it doesnt crashes that much to make me feel
that im sorry that i brought a mac/not to mention i never had a virus on my Mac.

Every/body that ia always bad mouthing the Mac, Why dont they take the time like
i did and find out for there/selfs instead of taking the word of people who dont
know nothing about the Mac/mostley hersay and rumours. For me/before i open my
big mouth i do some reasearch on the product that im buying/i do not depend on a
sales/man to tell me about the product im buying. Most of the time when the
product cost a lot/or investmenet/Computer is a investment in my book. So when i
walk into the store to buy somthing, espcially computers, PCs or Mac, i have
done my research to make a intellegent choice./Not what Bill gates tell me to
buy. Mac are no better than PCs, You really dont need steep learning curve to
oporate a Mac/ That is why most schools in the US choose Macs./ That to mention
that some of our millatary has switch over to Mac for sercurity and the yk2
problem. People in the Mac community never had to worry about the yk2 problem,
because Apple thought about that in advance. We dont have to run out and get a
yk2 fix. So my old machine is not that old at all; its yk2 ready. That a Mac for
you. Best regards to all./William

Ps. It handel chess programs just fine/no crashes.
