Yes, but does it have to be. I mean a ship is usually a she, and Hurricanes up until recently were always named after females. Now we live in much too 'politically correct' times, where we actually have to worry over stuff like this, and represent Women & Men completely equally. In fact, just a few minutes ago, I was explaining to a perspective new (women), Member of the Marshall Chess Club, that we only have 10-15 Women members, (of around 200 total), and that we don't offer a special women's rate, because the powers that be are affraid of being sued, if a lower rate was charged to women. As far as chess programs are concerned, Fritz5.32 has a picture of a guy yelling at someone, and the chatter voice is a guy. I have to conclude that Fritz5 is a guy! But I would love a program with a sweet (& cute looking picture(s)), feminen voice telling me how great she is:) Larry T On November 20, 1999 at 14:43:13, Jeroen van Dorp wrote: >Christophe! > ><VBG> > >A chess program is an IT! >Are we all flipping here?
