ICD used to be a very fine place to buy and the people I spoke to seemed informed about the products sold there. But several weeks ago I phoned to buy the new Rebel program. The indiviual I spoke to sounded as if he were very young, didn't know what I was talking about, wanted a reference number, then after some more confusion told me ICD hadn't received their supply of Rebel yet, and had no idea when they would.
