In other words, depending upon where the programs started, the 25 points may be an enourmously greater improvement than the 100. Put in a more extreme sense, which will be easier: 0. ELO 1500 -> ELO 1600 1. ELO 2500 -> ELO 2600 Obviously #0. Most players can probably make that jump. Very, very few will ever jump from 2500 to 2600.
