Charles:It is not inevitible that computers are going to get faster.Quite a few
experts in the business have expressed the opinion that without a new
technological breakthrough it wont happen because the transistors used are
just about as small as they can get.Given the enormous numbers of experts
working on this problem my guess is that there will be that breakthrough but...
