On FICS, finger player Haley for a list of web sites about suicide chess
then examine a few games by top players. "hbest S" will list the
currently active strong players, also the inactive strong players
may have interesting games in their journals(nalba, pminear,Joost)
Then start playing :)

specific opens: never play d3, d4, or e4 as your first move, these
3 are proven to be forced losses. As you might guess from that, the
openning tactics in suicide chess are very sharp, and openning traps
are plentiful. 1. e3 is probably the strongest openning move, and
certainly the most common. 1. b3 and 1. g3 are also common.

There are several suicide playing programs as listed in amn's post,
for windows I would suggest Suicide Wizard, for unix/linux I suggest
OliThink. Both are available for free, and both can beat me.

Have fun,
