While Junior 6 in the near future is somewhat unknown at this point it is IMHO
unlikely that it will gain the 78 points needed to vertake tiger. I thought I
had read here that projected increase would be somewhere in the 30 range.
As for the best rebel century personality that's the same issue as MCP8 and
CM6000 since both can be configured for better than the default whether either
could still be better than tiger I doubt.

Myself, I will buy tiger as it will be the best of the best now. IMHO.
