I responded to the sentence that tiger will be the strongest program on the
market.

This sentence is different from the sentence tiger is better than all the
programs now in the market.

Junior6 is supposed to be on the market before tiger.
Rebel personality contest may give a better pesonality for rebel(possibly before
tiger is on the market).
