Oh, I wouldn't go that far -- I think that most people thought it was interesting, and only a few thought it wasn't worth thinking about, and I don't think they were _threatened_ by the idea; they just wanted to jump to a conclusion on an idea that is only 0.001% formed. It's also fair to say that it isn't a new idea... because it isn't. -- g
