you need them to show the contrast between good and bad programs. :-)
no -
you need them to make the competition fair and complete.
they are strong programs. without them the competition would not
be interesting. see e.g. in paderborn, on the championship,
everybody was very happy when the whole chessBase team
(no matter which of their programs) lost.
do you know why ?
because of the competition.
you need those conflicts. those fights. to make it more interesting.
so do i.

fritz - junior, they can play on autoplayer, while i am sleeping.
i look the next day for the result. and post it. i don't have to
look into the game.

(don't take anything to serious andreas... its only a game...)
