I only know from the Rebel pages that Chess Tiger will have WinBoard
compatibilty so that free WinBoard engines should run in the adapter. But what
functions does this support? It would be great if WCrafty 17.5 would be able to
analyze a game from Tiger's database! Will this be possible? Does any body know?

The latest ECTool version also has the possibility to analyze a position with
Crafty ( the Dos executables) in addition to the available Rebel engines but as
far as I could find out this is still very limited, regarding the
analysis-capabilities by Crafty. The Rebel engines work fine. The older ECTool
version 4.10 that also comes with the Rebel CD's a had a larger window for all
the lines, it's a pity that that isn't there anymore, the new window is smaller.
The new version, - you have to register by transferring money (15$ it was I
think?) to Andres but in principle this is good for more versions -, has for
instance the advantage that you can store a game with your own notes or
computeranalysis for every move.
