Used to happen on a regular bases 3 -6 yrs ago in the  Harvard Cup.  Top
American players playing a number of rounds against computer programs.
The difference was that it was action chess instead of 40/2 chess.  I wish
I could remember who sponsered it.  I believe it was Mindscape,,, the CM7000
company.
