It just took me six minutes to reach this page after being connected with ISP,
Internet Explorer pre-loaded. Can I claim this as a record? Sometimes it goes
even slower but sometimes much faster too. In my case I think some of the stored
browser information is corrupted because also colors don't change anymore when I
have looked up a message. For some reason I'm still using the 386 33 MHz (On
loan from my brother-in-law, but he doesn't want me to buy it from him) here so
can I now claim to have the slowest machine in CCC on-line? Anyway it still
works and that is most important. I wouldn't know what to do if my harddisk
bailed out on me now like Enrique's did..- my sympathies, Enrique -!

I better go transfer some stuff to new computer too, bookmarks/favorites, all
those HP48 programs I downloaded before Eric Rechlin's excellent site
disappeared -does anybody know where he went?- and install the spreadsheet I
got from my brother-in-law as a Christmas-present. Better start some studying
too..

Those oliebollen with raisins tasted very good, do people have that somewhere
else in the world?

I just received a copy of the new issue of "Computerschaak", quotes in ancient
Greek, references to Vergil and epicurean philosophy, where are my dictionaries?
