Moderators can't avoid silly posts. What I find quite admirable is the way they
deal with these posts. We post, we all seem to say what's in our mind, sometimes
in a more or less heated way, and moderation is transparent. Like in football,
the best arbiters are the ones that go unnoticed. I have been a moderator when
CCC was just created and I know how difficult it is to moderate like they do. I
thought it was not possible. CCC has been running smoothly for a long period of
time, and this is to a great extent a tribute to the current troika of
moderators.
