I cannot resist to bring an example of my own (very few) heroic successes
against such museum artefacts:

Scheidl,M - Turbo 16K [C47], 1987
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.b3 Bb4 5.Qe2 0-0 6.Bb2 d6 7.0-0-0 Be6 8.d4 exd4
9.Nxd4 Nxd4 10.Rxd4 Bc5 11.Rd3 Ng4 12.f4 Nf2 13.Qh5 Nxh1 14.e5 Nf2 15.Rg3 Qd7
16.exd6 Bxd6 {Now it's # in 8! Once in a lifetime...}
17.Rxg7+ Kxg7 18.Qg5+ Kh8 19.Qf6+ Kg8 20.Nd5 Bxf4+ 21.Kb1 Be5 22.Bxe5 1-0

This game was played at 30 sec. per move. The Turbo 16K was produced 1986 I
think (from SciSys, now known as Saitek).

Regards,
M.Scheidl
