I did have misgivings about posting speculation about other peoples' emotional drives. But I decided to go ahead because I was not trying to say that this was an accurate assessment, but rather to try to demonstrate that there was reasonable doubt about their public assessments of their programs' strength. It's an improper thing to do though. I shouldn't really do it, and neither should lawyers in court rooms when cross examining the witnesses. -g
