Besides, Hsu clearly thinks he's in the right. If he's so comfortable with what he said, it should be a no-brainer to grant permission to quote from his e-mails. If Team Kasparov said something like, "We'd like to quote from Hsu's e-mail, but he didn't give us permission..." I would find their story WAY more believable. -Tom
