Yes you are probably reasonably correct, although if there are say 15 moves in
Book then 120/25 is 4.8mins per move while 40/25 is 1.6mins per move, the ratio
is "Doh" (it's early here).

40/40 is far more practical than 120/40 if you wish to play many games.
40/40 is much much more relevant than say game in 10.
40/40 is probably not too different in moves chosen than 120/40, if....
How often will a top program improve it's move choice between the thought time
of 1.6 mins and 4.8 mins?  Consider that only one move choice improvement will
sway the entire game.

Doesn't matter, The prettiness & clarity of the presentation is too good to
quibble.
