Maybe the no tolerance rule if IP monitoring is too hard.

That mean fools who come on as CM7000_GM and have an email CM7000_GM@hotmail.com
can be given the flick if they post stupid or pointless or offending stuff
within the first 3 months on their first offense, then they can be treated
better if they have proven themselves after this time.

But if this type of name is used hardly ever and after 6 months post all of a
sudden something crap, then they can be given the flick right away as well.

New members who post clear rubbish from the start should be booted, this
includes non topic posts, and other offendind posts. If they cannot respect this
place when they join, then we do not want them.

If I was ever moderator (which I won't cause I do not have the time) I would
want this, and would be happy to implement it. If this meant that fools would
stop coming in here all the time and causing trouble then I would boot these
offenders the hell out of here. As too any new member complaining about this.
Probably it is the person just kicked out under another new name.

And if it was a good person booted, then they can join again under another name
and try again, or email the moderators and explain why they acted so
pathetically.

I get the impression Sean has always been floating around here, and is doing so
right now. I think all future moderators should be hard on new people joining if
they mess up. This will help weed out the losers just wanting trouble.

There are at least 6 people from their first posts that I knew were trouble and
have pretty much ended up causing trouble. Bella was one from the start that I
said to the moderators to get rid of.

Membership here is a privellage and honour, not a right. So I see no problems
with implementing this agenda. "New members do right, OR YOUR GONE"
