Chris isn't a "stalker" by any stretch. We had a few. Rolf and Sean came to mind in my case. Chris had his own 'stalker(s)' as well. I later became convinced banning him was the right thing to do. Chris changed his mind as well, but in the opposite direction... Fortunately it seems Rolf gave up when he found how I was totally filtering him so I never see a thing he posts in r.g.c.c... ditto for "sean" and clones...
