The reason that Chris Wittingtons' program (Chess System Tal II) isn't sold at
ICD is a long story but it has to do with Mr. Wittingtons personality.  Mr.
Schwartz on the other hand has a nice personality.  It has nothing at all to do
with the quality of the program.
