Let's get the quote right and in context. You asked "what are you waiting for? for the thread to get lost in the other threads here... " or something to that effect. I responded "Perhaps I am waiting for you to drop dead?" The point being that I could be waiting for _anything_ and whatever it is I am waiting for might be a long time in coming. That is far different from saying "just drop dead, guy". I explained clearly why I hadn't responded. Your demand for data came within 12 hours of Chris asking for it. After _he_ had pointed out that the book we were both using did not give the time controls, nor did it give _all_ of the games. Finding the missing information is _not_ an hour's job, or I assume he would have done it himself. So buzz off with the demands for quick responses on difficult questions. And buzz off with incorrect attributions. I _never_ said "go drop dead". I could have said "maybe I am waiting for you to die." Or "maybe I am waiting for the sun to go super-nova". Or "maybe I am waiting for the cows to come home." Ofcourse complaining to the moderators is a waste of time so I did >>not do so. Hyatt has all the moderators in his back pocket.
