Subject: Connecting Chesspartner to FICS? (How)

Hello,
Does anyone know how to connnect Chesspartner to FICS?  I can connect ot ICC
with no problem.  However FICS requires "Timeseal" and I guess some more data
input into the console.  I don't know what to input.  Just clicking the
"Timeseal" box does not work.  I can log on but it does not work very well and
when I ping myself I get a message like 3 packets sent -- 3 packets lost.
??
Any help appreciated.
