This also happened to me. I had a partially downloaded patch file. The full patch file is 2.95 MB (according to my browser during the download). The initial download pulled down only 1.3 MB of stuff. It's amazing to me that this even executed when I double clicked it. After downloading the full patch (service pack is their term), it ran fine, but the "next" button did have no text in it. Roy
