I didn't lecture him at all, in fact, I stayed out of that thread completely,
and I'm glad he changed his mind and decided to stay, but that doesn't mean that
I'm going to go over to the "I resign" thread and say something cheerfull like
wlecome back!  Chris doesn't need to hear that from me, he already knows that
most people wanted him to stay.
