The principal here is: Do not personally attack the Poster, however by all means you may attack the post. Please don't call someone a "Dum@#$%", you are setting a very bad example for others, who may not be as smart as law students & think because someone smart like you does it, name calling is acceptable. Please don't call one of our elected moderators a "Dictator", you are setting a very bad example for others, who may not be as smart as law students & think because someone smart like you does it, insulting elected moderators is acceptable. Are you sure you are not trying to heighten your own self-importance when you claim a Moderator has an agenda against you? Or are you really that paranoid? If you break the charter by calling a person names, and you are corrected by a moderator, I think the correct thing to do it either apologise or remain silent. JMO Tina Long
