Familiar concepts. I think that "Advanced Chess" is an extremely boring idea. I think that it is much less interesting than either computer chess or human chess, and that it will become less interesting as computers get even stronger. It's not driver and car, it's already something more like car/driver and passenger, and eventually it will be car/driver and guy tied up in the trunk. bruce
