Try looking around their site for an email address to ask them some questions
at, you probably do have to download an interface, unless there's a way to do it
with one you allready have (like maybe Winboard?).

But if it was an interface that you didn't need to have on your own computer,
then it would probably have to be Java, and that's a pretty poor way to play
Chess (on Java, very slow, you'd hate it)
