Pete, Your response to my question was one of the best I have received overall. Your insight is realistic and excellent. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I did use my Chessmaster 6000 and chesslab.com to play through some of the lines of the Accelerated and white cannot get into the Yugoslav attack without falling into a trap. I set up the position and had the computer play black starting with the 9th move. It was great. I bet the Accelerated Dragon would be excellent for Blitz games. Overall, you just have to enjoy the positions you get into. I don't like the French because of the bad bishop, and I don't like playing a symmetrical type of position. The Sicilian is complex but I love the tactical possibilities and rich positions. I might lose more often with the Sicilian than say the Caro Kann but I love seeing creativity unfold at the chess board. Thanks again for your response.
