Chessbase is a database program, not an analysis module or a playing program. I can remeber that under DBase IV there was a crude text editor with a limit up to 255 chracters in certain memo fields. Why didn't they incorporate a full word processing program in it? It was supposed to store data, and all data is inn text format evetually. Answer: because it was a database program, not a word processor. Buy fritz 6 and you have a lot of database capabilities already. Buy ChessBase if you want a database program. Jeroen ;-}
