But isn't that what most of the prgrams do, nowadays ?

I'm quite sure DB is above 2200. Just don't know how much, and neither how
strong it is against other computers.

Why ? Because they got lucky once (playing a worldchampion who didn't have a lot
of experience playing against a computer), they had a big marketing succes, and
now they can't afford to loose.

Noticed that there aren't a lot of computerchess tournaments anymore ? If IBM
had told they got lucky, there would have been more.

I don't think my program can beat DB ( actually, I'm quite sure ) but I do think
that DB doesn't have a change against the 10 best programs in the world.

Just don't expect to see it play those 10 programs.
