Looking at the results, I guess it is the "real" DB Junior (and these games are
from 1998, I do not know if Hsu had already left IBM by then).

Moser (2159) 0-1	DB Jr
DB Jr 1-0	IM Stanec (2463)
FM Sommerbauer (2396)	½-½	DB Jr
Kauzky (1895) 0-1	DB Jr
Balinov (2450) 0-1	DB Jr

I do not know if the ratings are FIDE or Austrian (I think they are Austrian,
the 1895 looks way too low to be FIDE). I do not know if the time control is
mentioned somewhere.
Anyway, it scored 4.5 out of five points against a field with an average rating
of 2273 (playing black if four of the five games). It seems unlikely that the
web-based DB Jr would perform that well even at fast time controls.
José.

P.S. If there is interest I can produce a pgn file for those games.
