Junior took a very long to make its 29th move. I'm curious what are the rules
for setting Junior's clock for this event.
Must they set one time control of game/60 ? Or can an operator intervene
and change the contols? Or is it simply manual, where the operator punches in
the move when he thinks it's appropriate?
