I agree. The late night discussion there were more or less concluded by "had we spent $200 for an alternate ISP line, all this wouldn't have happened". It is necessary to understand that KasparovChess were embarrassed by the events, and were eager to please. They took it to an extreme, and you can say they incited Adams to claim a forfeit. The problem was that they forgot that they and Deep Junior were not the same. After the demand for forfeit came up, they wanted to agree because they felt what happened was their fault. I took the position that Deep Junior was a competitor with full rights, and that I (unlike Shay Bushinsky) was not affiliated with KasaprovChess so they were discriminating against me. They disagreed, giving the reason that Junior ran on their server and has special status on their site. Amir
