Subject: Another solution? Coffee didn't help, but beer did! (and Nero)

With coffee no solution:

I first tried desperately 1.Qd1 to get my queen after that to squares one
rank below and two files left from black king. So the king can be forced to
move always up or right. But the black king could escape the mating net
through diagonal a8-h1.

After beer I found :

1. Qe4! Kg1 2. Qf3 Kh2 3. Qf1 Kg3 4. Qe2 Kh3 5. Qf2 Kg4
6. Qe3 Kh4 and Nero gave me 7.Qg5 Kh3 8. Qg1 ...

If black king moves Kh2 it can be forced to g1 with 2.Qg4 3. Qh3 and
then it continues like above line Qf3 Kh2 Qf1 Kg3 Qe2 ...

I think that this is mate in 12 or less however black defends.
