JAFM I would not count this as a passed pawn problem. It looks more like a combination to me (and a fairly easy one at that). I think most chess players would play it correctly at a glance and I am sure that it won't give *any* chess program a problem. I would be astonished to hear of any chess program that cannot solve this in well under one second.
